Privacy Policy

By booking a retreat with She- Babaeu hosted at any of our third party venue’s nationally and internationally you acknowledge  and agree to the following terms. All retreat payments are non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the retreat commencement date. Due to accommodation commitments, catering, staffing and limited availability, cancellations made within this period will forfeit the full ticket fare unless the cancelled position can be successfully filled via a waitlist or replacement guest. While we may attempt to assist in filling the position, this cannot be guaranteed and guests should be aware that replacement bookings within this timeframe are unlikely. In the event of Force Majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control  including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness outbreaks, venue damage or operational disruptions where the retreat cannot proceed as scheduled, no refunds will be issued. Instead, all payments made will be transferred as a credit toward a rescheduled retreat date to be held within twelve (12) months of the original event.

By completing your booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms and acknowledge that participation in retreat activities is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

8. Travel & Insurance

All guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. Travel and medical insurance are mandatory for international guests and highly recommended for domestic guests. She Babaeu is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or personal emergencies.

9. Health & Safety

By attending a retreat, you acknowledge that surfing and other physical activities involve inherent risk. You agree to inform facilitators of any medical conditions or limitations. You participate at your own risk and waive any liability for injury.

10. Behaviour & Community Guidelines

She Babaeu is a safe, inclusive space. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any guest who compromises the emotional or physical safety of the group.

11. Media Consent

During retreats, we may take photos and videos for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you grant She Babaeu permission to use your likeness unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.
