1. Overview
She Babaeu provides immersive surf retreats designed to support wellbeing, creativity, and connection. By booking a retreat or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Retreat Booking
Retreat bookings can be made online via our secure Stripe checkout. A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to secure your place. Final payment is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist (minus a $100 admin fee).

If you are unable to attend due to illness, personal emergency, or travel issues, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future retreat.

4. Travel & Insurance
All guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs. Travel and medical insurance are mandatory for international guests and highly recommended for domestic guests. She Babaeu is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or personal emergencies.

5. Health & Safety
By attending a retreat, you acknowledge that surfing and other physical activities involve inherent risk. You agree to inform facilitators of any medical conditions or limitations. You participate at your own risk and waive any liability for injury.

6. Behaviour & Community Guidelines
She Babaeu is a safe, inclusive space. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any guest who compromises the emotional or physical safety of the group.

7. Media Consent
During retreats, we may take photos and videos for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you grant She Babaeu permission to use your likeness unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.
